This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
• How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 20 min at this experience.
• Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won’t be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
• Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated parking at the venue. However, several public parking facilities are available nearby.
• What are the closest Public Transport options available?
Metro: The venue is conveniently located near two metro stations:
Liceu Station (L3 – Green Line): Approximately a 5-minute walk to the venue.
Jaume I Station (L4 – Yellow Line): Also about a 5-minute walk away.
Bus: The closest bus stop is Via Laietana – Pl Ramon Berenguer, just a 4-minute walk from the venue. This stop is served by multiple bus lines, including V15, V17, 47, and 59.
Walking: Situated in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the venue is easily accessible on foot from central locations like Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla.

Step back in time as a mystical virtual Djinn guides you through Petra's bustling, stone-carved streets; discover the Nabataeans' ingenious water systems; and marvel at the stunning architecture of a city carved from rock.

Approximately 10 minutes.
• Is there a Lost and Found?
There is not.
• Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets must remain outside.
• Will there be merchandise for sale?
No.
• Is there an age requirement?
Yes. The experience is suitable for children aged 7 and up.
• Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available in the Fever app (downloadable from Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
• Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
• Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket order number.
• Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method used during purchase. Your QR code will also be available in your confirmation email.
• I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you don’t have the app, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and log in with the same account used for the purchase. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
• Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us and include your ticket ID (What is the ticket ID?). An agent will respond with next steps. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more details, see our T&C.
• Can I make a group booking?
For large group bookings, please contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred date and group size.

• Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
